ABOUT THIS ROLE
As the Regional Marketing Director, you will be the driving force behind building and executing impactful local marketing strategies that bring the magic of Coca-Cola’s Classic Christmas produced by Social House Entertainment to life in each city. You’ll serve as the key connector between our event brand, local partners, and event attendees—ensuring every activation, partnership, and campaign is thoughtfully planned and expertly executed. With a focus on driving ticket sales and fostering community engagement, you’ll leverage your marketing expertise to craft unforgettable experiences that resonate with our diverse audiences and leave a lasting impression.
This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Marketing + Ticketing at Social House Entertainment and works in tandem with national creative and digital marketing team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for key external event partners, ensuring seamless collaboration, communication, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify and develop local partnership and/or promotional opportunities that align with the event’s strategic ticket sales goals.
- Execute promotional campaigns in-market, including on-site activations, community outreach, and promotional efforts.
- Lead local media relations efforts, coordinating with each event’s PR team to drive earned media opportunities and local press engagement.
- Liaise with the Digital Marketing team to localize and amplify digital campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging and optimized performance across channels.
- Oversee local content development, ensuring that all messaging, creative, and on-the-ground activations are consistent with the brand and resonate with target audiences.
- Support ticketing strategies by identifying local pricing opportunities, promotional offers, and segmentation strategies to drive sales.
- Monitor competitor activity and local market trends to inform marketing strategies and ensure Enchant Christmas remains top-of-mind in each market.
- Manage on-site marketing presence during event season, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and seamless integration of sponsors, activations, and brand partnerships.
- Manage local marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize ROI and event success.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with Enchant’s overall marketing objectives across all local efforts.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, Promotions, Community Relations, or a related field.
- Proven ability to execute successful local marketing campaigns and partnerships.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience in the events and entertainment industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with project management app AirTable a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote environment.
