**Job Title:** Server

**Job Type:** Part-time or Full-time

**Location:** Bloomington, IN

**Salary Range:** Up to $30 per hour including tips

**Job Overview:**

As a Server at Social Cantina/Smokeworks, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent guest experiences through knowledgeable and efficient service of food and beverages. You will have the opportunity to interact with guests, take orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Take food and beverage orders accurately

- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure timely delivery

- Answer any questions guests may have about the menu items

- Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction

- Process payment and provide excellent customer service

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience as a server is preferred but not required

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Must be eligible to work in the United States
