**Job Overview:**

At Social Cantina, we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Servers and Bartenders. As a Server/Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent guest experiences through knowledgeable and efficient service of food and beverages.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system

- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately

- Check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

- Upsell menu items and specials to increase revenue

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to learn and take direction

- Availability to work evenings and weekends
