The Role - As a Server/Bartender at Social Cantina, you will play a key role in providing outstanding service to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Your ability to connect with customers and deliver prompt service will be essential to our success.

What You'll Do - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.

- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

- Ensure tables are clean and set up for new guests.

- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.

- Handle cash and process payments accurately.

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.

What We're Looking For - Previous experience as a server or bartender in a restaurant or bar setting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.

- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess any required certifications.

Nice to Have - Knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology.

- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

- A passion for food and beverage service.

- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
