**Job Title: Server**

**Job Type: Part-time or Full-time**

**Location: Downtown Indianapolis**

**Salary Range: up to $30 per hour including tips**

**Job Overview:**

As a Server at Social Cantina, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent guest experiences through knowledgeable and efficient service of food and beverages. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing top-notch service to our patrons.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas

- Answer any guest inquiries and provide recommendations on menu items

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
