Social Cantina | Bar Manager

$55,000–$57,000 annually • Salaried leadership role

Lead a bar program—and a team—that guests come back for.

At Social Cantina, we are looking for leaders who can bring people together around a welcoming guest experience and a team culture built on energy, care, and accountability. As Bar Manager, you will shape the experience behind the bar by pairing beverage knowledge with thoughtful team leadership. We want someone who sees opportunities to improve service, develop bartenders, and make the operation stronger—and who is comfortable bringing those ideas forward.

What you’ll make happen

·        Lead, train, and develop bartenders and bar support employees.

·        Maintain beverage quality, speed of service, responsible alcohol service, and guest experience.

·        Manage beverage inventory, ordering, cost controls, and waste.

·        Collaborate with the General Manager on staffing, scheduling, and performance goals.

·        Identify practical improvements to bar operations and coach the team through them.

What you bring

·        Hands-on bartending experience and demonstrated ability to lead others.

·        Working knowledge of beverage inventory, cost control, and responsible service.

·        Strong communication, sound judgment, and pride in building a dependable team.

Compensation, benefits & scheduling

Annual salary: $55,000–$57,000. Benefits include:

·        Professional development and growth opportunities

Managers generally work about 45–55 hours per week, with actual hours varying based on restaurant needs, traffic, and events. General Managers and their management teams build their schedules, allowing flexibility to plan for personal commitments while ensuring appropriate coverage. PTO remains available under company policy.
