As an Hourly Supervisor at Social Cantina, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through knowledgeable and efficient management of food and beverage service. You will lead a team of hourly employees to ensure smooth operations and uphold the highest standards of customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of hourly employees to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement new strategies for improving service quality

**Requirements:**

• Experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
• Open availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work 40+ hour per week
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
