Social Cantina is a part of Finney Hospitality Group, which has 9 restaurant locations across Indiana. FHG started in Bloomington, IN in 2012 and has since expanded from one restaurant/brewery location into a hospitality group with 4 unique dining concepts, including Social Cantina. Social Cantina is FHG's fastest growing concept, with multiple new locations opening in 2025/26 and beyond. As a Host at Social Cantina- Germantown, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for our guests. You will be the first point of contact for guests as they arrive, greeting them with a friendly smile and ensuring they are quickly seated. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them in a timely manner

- Assist with clearing and resetting tables to ensure efficient service

- Answer questions and provide information about the restaurant and menu

- Maintain a clean and organized host stand area

- Collaborate with servers and other staff members to provide excellent guest experiences

- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining environment

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude

- Lunch availability strongly desired
