Social Cantina is a part of Finney Hospitality Group, which has 9 restaurant locations across Indiana. FHG started in Bloomington, IN in 2012 and has since expanded from one restaurant/brewery location into a hospitality group with 4 unique dining concepts, including Social Cantina. As a Dishwasher at Social Cantina- Germantown, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a positive dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. You will be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment to ensure they are thoroughly cleaned and ready for use. Above all, we know that you are the heart of our kitchens and that we cannot be who we are without you.

**Responsibilities:**

- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly

- Follow all health and safety guidelines

- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed

**Requirements:**

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work well in a team

- Willingness to learn and take direction

- Prior experience as a dishwasher is a plus, but not required
