Social Cantina is a part of Finney Hospitality Group, which has 9 restaurant locations across Indiana. FHG started in Bloomington, IN in 2012 and has since expanded from one restaurant/brewery location into a hospitality group with 4 unique dining concepts, including Social Cantina. As a Bartender at Social Cantina- Germantown, you will play a key role in delivering excellent guest experiences through knowledgeable and efficient management of food and beverage service. You will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks, engaging with guests, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable atmosphere.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to guests in a timely manner

- Engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Adhere to all alcohol beverage control regulations

- Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase revenue

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and drink service

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a bartender preferred

- Knowledge of mixing and serving drinks

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Availability to work evenings and weekends

- Lunch availability is strongly desired

- Must be at least 18 years old
