At Social Cantina- Carmel Inc., we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. This is a part-time position with an expected hourly rate of up to $30 per hour including tips.

**Job Overview:**

As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, as well as assisting with opening and closing duties.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Take food and beverage orders accurately

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner

- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

- Uphold company standards for service and hospitality

**Requirements:**

- Prior experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
