**Job Title: Host (Part-time or Full-time)**

**Location: Social Cantina- Carmel, IN**

**Salary: $15 - $20 per hour**

**Job Overview:**

As a Host at Social Cantina, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them with a smile and ensuring they are seated promptly. Your friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills will help set the tone for their visit to our restaurant.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude

- Seat guests in a timely and efficient manner

- Provide menus and inform guests of any specials

- Assist with clearing and setting tables

- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

- Handle reservations and manage the waitlist

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host stand area

- Follow all company policies and procedures

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail

- Must be reliable and punctual

- Ability to work evenings and weekends
