Hours may be available immediately at other locations if willing to commute to Downtown Indianapolis or Carmel.

Social Cantina is coming to 46th & College Ave, and we’re bringing our signature mix of scratch-made Mexican food, craft tequila cocktails, and vibrant hospitality to the neighborhood! We’re on the lookout for energetic, team-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

As part of the Social Cantina team, you’ll play a key role in delivering unforgettable dining experiences and creating the welcoming, upbeat atmosphere we’re known for. Whether you’re behind the bar, on the floor, or in the kitchen, your passion and personality will help set the tone at our newest Indy location.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to every guest.
• Take accurate food and drink orders, repeat back to confirm, and enter them promptly.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy.
• Monitor tables, anticipating guest needs and responding quickly to requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized section, including tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to create a welcoming, upbeat dining experience.
