The newest Social Cantina location in Indianapolis is fully open, thriving, and already building momentum—and we’re looking for a General Manager who’s ready to step in, take the reins, and scale the success.


This location at 46th & College was opened and stabilized under the leadership of a local GM who has built a strong foundation, culture, and team—and is now ready to hand off the day-to-day leadership to the right long-term operator. What You’ll Be Leading

Operational Leadership

  • Step into a successful, operating restaurant and lead day-to-day execution across servicce, kitchen, and bar
  • Maintain and elevate service, food quality, and speed of execution
  • Own health, safety, and sanitation standards with consistency and pride
  • Strengthen and refine systems to keep the operation tight, organized, and scalable

Team & Culture (Strong Foundation—Now Grow It)

  • Lead an existing team and continue building a workplace people are proud of
  • Coach and develop Assistant Managers and team members through regular feedback and support
  • Hold standards while keeping the environment fun, respectful, and high-accountability
  • Protect the culture that’s been built—and level it up with your leadership style

Guest Experience Excellence

  • Set and sustain the tone for service: friendly, fast, and unforgettable
  • Lead by example and coach the team to always go the extra mile
  • Respond quickly to guest feedback and turn concerns into loyalty moments

Do You Fit the Bill?

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years restaurant management experience, including 2+ years in a senior leadership role
  • A proven track record running high-volume, full-service restaurants
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials: budgeting, cost control, forecasting
  • A leadership style that builds strong teams and drives results
  • Confidence in real-time decision-making and problem-solving
  • Tech savvy with restaurant systems + Microsoft Office
  • Bonus: knowledge of Latin cuisine and/or experience with new store openings
  • ServSafe Manager + responsible alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain)

Work Requirements

  • Full-time, average 45 hours/week
  • Open availability (nights, weekends, holidays—we’re in hospitality!)
  • Attend required company development meetings
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

  • 💵 Salary: $60,000–$68,000 (based on experience)
