Responsibilities
- Safely operate tow trucks and recovery equipment
- Respond to roadside assistance and towing service calls
- Load, transport, and unload vehicles without damage
- Complete required paperwork and documentation
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
- MUST have previous tow truck driving experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate towing and recovery equipment
- Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
