Snoice is an award-winning Filipino-American dessert shop based in Spring Valley, San Diego. Since starting as a pop-up inside a family bakery in 2015, we’ve grown into a neighborhood favorite known for our customizable halo-halo, boba drinks, and Taiwanese-style shaved snow.

Our mission is to unite families, celebrate culture, and build tomorrow’s community one memorable encounter at a time.

Over the years, we’ve been honored with several recognitions including Best Boba Tea in San Diego (2024), Best Desserts by local publications, and California Small Business of the Year (2018). Our co-founder, Jayrell Ringpis, was also nominated as one of San Diego’s most influential Asian Americans.

Job Title: Barista / Caterer

Reports To: Assistant Manager

Location: Snoice, Spring Valley, CA

Job Summary:

At Snoice, being a barista is about more than making drinks.

You’re a host, teammate, and culture carrier.

We’re looking for people who show up, take pride in their work, and create a welcoming experience for every guest.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare boba drinks and desserts with consistency and care

• Greet guests and guide orders with a positive, helpful attitude

• Keep the workspace clean, stocked, and organized

• Communicate clearly with teammates and shift leads

• Support occasional catering events and off-site setups
