SCEMSA is the regional emergency medical services agency serving Snohomish County, coordinating and advancing a high performing EMS system through regional collaboration, medical direction, quality management, protocol management,

credentialing, and education. The Executive Director serves as SCEMSA's chief executive, providing strategic leadership, fiscal

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

▸ Visionary executive with demonstrated strategic thinking

▸ Knowledge of EMS and prehospital healthcare systems

▸ Experience in public-sector or healthcare administration

▸ Politically astute; comfortable with governing boards

▸ Financially disciplined; manages complex budgets

▸ Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred
