The Bilingual Creator Community Coordinator is responsible for growing, engaging, and supporting Snap Supplements’ creator community across both English and Spanish-speaking audiences. This role serves as the bridge between our broader creator community and our Affiliate Management team. While Affiliate Managers and Coordinators focus on top-performing and high-potential creators, the Community Coordinator is responsible for educating, engaging, and activating the larger creator base through community programs, training, communication, and events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a large volume of creator communication. They should enjoy building relationships at scale, identifying opportunities to increase creator participation, and creating systems that help creators succeed. This role will help drive creator engagement through community calls, contests, training programs, announcements, and educational content while surfacing promising creators and opportunities to the Affiliate Management team.

Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Engagement & Growth

  • Manage and grow Snap Supplements’ creator communities across Discord and other communication channels.
  • Foster an engaging and supportive environment for both English and Spanish-speaking creators.
  • Develop creative initiatives that increase creator participation, retention, and content output.
  • Build scalable programs that help creators feel connected to the brand and community.

2. Creator Education & Training

  • Organize and host creator onboarding sessions, coaching calls, office hours, and community trainings.
  • Develop educational resources, FAQs, best practice guides, and creator playbooks.
  • Help creators understand TikTok Shop opportunities, platform updates, and content strategies.
  • Identify common creator challenges and proactively create solutions and resources.

3. Community Programs & Events

  • Plan and execute creator contests, challenges, incentive programs, and engagement campaigns.
  • Assist with the coordination of creator events, virtual meetups, and community activations.
  • Support product launches and seasonal campaigns through community engagement initiatives.
  • Track participation and performance metrics for community programs.

4. Trend Identification & Opportunity Sourcing

  • Monitor TikTok Shop trends, creator conversations, and emerging content opportunities.
  • Surface trending content formats, creator ideas, and community feedback to internal teams.
  • Identify high-potential creators within the community and connect them with Affiliate Managers for additional support and development.
  • Recommend proactive engagement opportunities that can drive community growth and content creation.

5. Cross-Functional Communication & Organization

  • Partner with Affiliate Managers, Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to communicate important updates to the creator community.
  • Coordinate community announcements, campaign information, and creator resources.
  • Maintain organized documentation, calendars, training materials, and tracking systems.
  • Ensure creator communications are timely, accurate, and aligned across teams.


Success in This Role Looks Like

  • Strong attendance and participation in community calls, trainings, and events.
  • Consistent creator education and communication.
  • Increased creator retention and content output.
  • Successful execution of community contests, campaigns, and activations.
  • Identification and development of high-potential creators that can be elevated to the Affiliate Management team.


Travel Requirements

  • Some travel (<5%) may be required on an as needed basis, with advance notice provided to the employee.



Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to exert up to 15 pounds at times.
  • This role involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
