We are Sacramento's Premier Family Amusement center, where clients come to smash things, shoot things, check out our Vr escape rooms or Ax throw. We pride ourselves on being able to make strong connections with our community, we have worked with groups such as the Wounded Warriors Project, Get a Clue, and Sacramento Sheriff to name a few. Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and energetic individual to join our team as a Rage Room Guide. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role, ideal for someone who thrives in an active, high-energy environment. The position involves a variety of responsibilities, including cleaning, lifting, customer service, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom maintenance)
• Lift up to 50+ pounds and assist in preparing rooms for clients
• Clean and maintain safety gear and equipment
• Use our online booking and scheduling software
• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude
• Assist with other tasks as needed, including axe throwing duties
• Consistently follow all safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for clients and staff

Schedule:

Downtown schedule

• Wednesday-Thursday: 4:45 PM - 10:00 PM and Friday-Sunday 1:30 PM - 10 PM
• Friday-Sunday 1:30 PM - 10 PM and Monday - Tuesday 4:30 PM - 10 PM
• Note: This is a set schedule, and we are looking for someone available to work these hours consistently.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ pounds
• Willingness to learn new tasks and assist in other areas as needed
