We are seeking a General Manager (GM) with a strong sales and business development mindset to lead our franchise operations across Los Angeles, Orange and San Bernardino County. What We’re Looking For
✅ Growth-Oriented Mindset – You think beyond “business as usual” and are always looking for ways to drive revenue, improve efficiency, and create value.
✅ Sales & Relationship-Building Experience – You have a track record of winning business, growing accounts, or closing deals. Minimum of at least 5 years of B2B sales experience.
✅ Leadership Experience – Whether you’ve managed a sales team, an operations team, or a small business, you know how to motivate and empower people.
✅ Industry Experience? Not Required. – We welcome candidates from logistics, B2B services, sales leadership, franchise operations, construction, facility management, or similar fields who can bring fresh insights and best practices.
✅ Operational & Financial Acumen – You understand P&L management, budgeting, and business strategy.
✅ Adaptability & Problem-Solving – No two days are the same. You’re resourceful, proactive, and can pivot when needed.
Requirements
· 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in service-based industries.
· 3+ years in a leadership or general management role, with experience managing both sales and operations teams.
· Proven ability to manage a team, hit growth targets, and drive customer satisfaction.
· Strong understanding of P&L management, team development, and operational execution.
· Bonus: Experience working with facilities, industrial, or field-based services.
