Key Responsibilities
• Show up on time, every day — your crew and our customers count on it
• Lead your crew safely and efficiently through a full daily schedule of residential and commercial work
• Mentor and develop the apprentices assigned to you; model the standards that got you here
• Hit performance goals for your truck and crew
• Estimate your own jobs at the lead level and earn commission on accurately estimated, expertly completed work
Qualifications
• Journeyman electrician card valid in Virginia preferred — not required with equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and operate common hand and power tools
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
