SmallTalk Pediatric Therapy, a San Diego Tribune Top Workplace 2026, is looking for a fun, self-driven Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide services in our Child Development Center (CDC) / daycare partner locations.

Position Overview

🕒 Per diem role

⏰ Approximately 2–3 hours per day

📍 One daycare/CDC location per day

📅 Flexible scheduling options

👶 Must have Early Intervention (EI) experience, including children under 1 year old

This role is ideal for a PT who enjoys focused, meaningful sessions in a consistent setting without traveling between multiple sites in one day.

What You’ll Do

• Provide physical therapy services in a daycare/CDC setting
• Treat infants and young children using play-based, developmentally appropriate interventions
• Collaborate closely with on-site Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists
• Educate teachers and caregivers on positioning, mobility, and developmental strategies
• Complete documentation in our easy-to-use EMR

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California
• Strong Early Intervention experience, especially with infants under 12 months
• Independent, proactive, and confident in daycare-based service delivery
• Collaborative team player
• Positive, engaging personality who loves working with young children
