SmallTalk Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time OT to join our supportive, therapist-owned pediatric practice in San Diego. This role offers a flexible work week, manageable caseloads, potential bonuses, and $20K+ in benefits. You’ll evaluate and treat children ages 0–18 in both individual and group sessions, collaborate with a fun and experienced OT team, and use fully equipped motor and sensory gyms to help every child reach their fullest potential.

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat pediatric clients ages 0–18
- Create individualized treatment plans and document progress in EMR
- Support and educate families
- Collaborate with your OT team and interdisciplinary colleagues to help kids reach their greatest potential

$75,000 - $100,000 per year
