The RBT role is responsible to provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities under the supervision of the BCBA.

Description

Small Talk Pediatric Therapy Clinic operates within a diverse multidisciplinary practice with ABA, Speech, AAC, OT, and PT services. Therapy services are provided in a fun and innovative clinic/outpatient setting. Collaboration with colleagues in various disciplines is encouraged and supported.


This is a Full-Time position with the following benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect data on client behavior and progress towards goals.
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Assist in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.


Qualifications

  • RBT Certification
  • Proficiency in patient care, HIPAA regulations, and medical documentation
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, records, and care plans
  • Experience in behavioral therapy and working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Ability to implement Applied Behavior Analysis techniques
  • Strong skills in behavior management and working with individuals with autism
  • Experience in teaching and data collection, especially with children and individuals with special needs


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
