The role of Physical Therapist is essential to provide evaluation and treatment services for pediatric patients. Small Talk Pediatric Therapy Clinic operates within a diverse multidisciplinary practice with ABA, Speech, AAC, OT, and PT services. Small Talk Pediatric Therapy Clinic operates within a diverse multidisciplinary practice with ABA, Speech, AAC, OT, and PT services. Therapy services are provided in a fun and innovative clinic/outpatient setting. Collaboration with colleagues in various disciplines is encouraged and supported.


Full Time and/or PRN positions available with the following benefits:

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
  • Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
  • Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers
  • Collaborative, team building personality style

Responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques, including trigger point therapy, to enhance patient recovery.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home care strategies.
  • Document patient progress and modify care plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams in various settings, including outpatient clinics and skilled nursing facilities, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to provide effective therapy.
