Your responsibilities will include:
You approach children and families with empathy, respect, and curiosity. You understand that trust takes time, progress can look different for every child, and effective care requires both clinical skill and a strong therapeutic relationship.
You’ll need:
Experience working with children, adolescents, and families is preferred. Training in developmentally appropriate approaches, including play-based interventions, is welcome.
