Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a passion for helping individuals improve their daily living skills and overall quality of life. This role involves working with a diverse patient population, including those with autism, and implementing effective care plans tailored to each individual's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities
• Monitor and assess patient rehabilitative programs
• Convey treatment results and patient progress to relevant parties
• Organize and update patient records
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment

Duties

• Assess patients' physical and mental abilities to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and strategies for improvement.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Provide early intervention services for children with developmental delays or disabilities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in occupational therapy or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Passion to help and motivate others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
