Counter & Customer Support
- Assist walk-in customers with parts lookup and purchases
- Identify correct parts using manufacturer systems
- Process transactions accurately through POS
- Maintain efficient and professional customer flow
- Reduce customer wait time during busy periods
Equipment Sales Support
- Assist customers with equipment selection
- Support quoting and follow-up
- Help coordinate sold unit prep and delivery
- Communicate clearly with service and parts departments
Operational Discipline
- Maintain clean and organized counter and showroom
- Follow company pricing and sales procedures
- Complete follow-up tasks during slower periods
- Support team workflow when traffic shifts
Daily Discipline
Customer flow and engagement are year-round responsibilities. When customer traffic is light, this role focuses on follow-up, organization, and supporting team operations.
Staying productive throughout the day is expected.
30 / 60–90 Day / 1 Year Expectations
First 30 Days
- Learn POS and manufacturer lookup systems

- Independently manage parts transactions
- Support equipment sales confidently

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role
- Basic computer proficiency
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment
Experience in parts, equipment sales, or dealership environments preferred but not required.
