SLX INSURANCE AGENCY is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Agent / Manager to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $20 to $30 per hour, along with opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.

As a Sales Agent / Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, generating leads, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets. You will also have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of sales agents to drive performance and achieve company goals.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

- Conduct cold calls, follow up on leads, and schedule appointments to meet with potential clients

- Educate customers on various insurance products and services offered by the company

- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals

- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale

- Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and objectives

- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus

- Must be able to pass a background check (Please note that we do not inquire about criminal backgrounds as a part of our hiring process)
