Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate Crew Members to deliver high-quality service and maintain company standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Operate POS systems, oversee cash handling, and ensure accurate transactions.
• Support management in implementing new policies, procedures, and promotions.
• Monitor and ensure proper use and maintenance of restaurant equipment.

Qualifications

• NYC Food Protection Certification
• Previous supervisory experience in the food service or hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills; proficiency with POS systems required.
