Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish-English Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support pediatric patients at our Northeast Houston office (Houston, TX 77015), as well as in home and daycare settings. The SLPA will collaborate closely with licensed speech-language pathologists to deliver high‑quality, family-centered care for children with communication needs.

Candidates must be comfortable traveling between the office and home/daycare locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed SLPs in delivering speech therapy services to children across various settings.
• Implement therapy plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Support children with communication disorders, including articulation and language delays.
• Monitor and document progress of patients during therapy sessions, maintaining detailed records in accordance with compliance standards.
• Maintain a safe and engaging environment conducive to learning and growth for pediatric clients.

Experience

• Prior experience working with children is preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with clients and families from diverse backgrounds.
