Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish-English Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support pediatric patients at our Northeast Houston clinic (Houston, TX 77015). The SLPA will collaborate closely with licensed speech-language pathologists to deliver high‑quality, family-centered care for children with communication needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed SLPs in delivering speech therapy services to children within the clinic setting.
- Implement therapy plans tailored to each child’s individual needs during in‑clinic sessions.
- Support children with communication disorders, including articulation and language delays, through direct treatment activities.
- Monitor and document patient progress, maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging clinic environment that supports learning and growth for pediatric clients.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- Experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with diverse families.
- Texas SLP Assistant License is required.
