Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish-English Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support pediatric patients at our Northeast Houston clinic (Houston, TX 77015). The SLPA will collaborate closely with licensed speech-language pathologists to deliver high‑quality, family-centered care for children with communication needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed SLPs in delivering speech therapy services to children within the clinic setting.
• Implement therapy plans tailored to each child’s individual needs during in‑clinic sessions.
• Support children with communication disorders, including articulation and language delays, through direct treatment activities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging clinic environment that supports learning and growth for pediatric clients.

Experience

• Prior experience working with children is preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with diverse families.
• Texas SLP Assistant License is required.
