Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads through outreach, networking, and follow-ups. Present SleekSpace services to potential clients and address any questions. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate value. Close sales and contribute to the overall revenue goals. Collaborate with the Sales team and report to the Head of Sales, Kirk Russell. Position Overview:

The Remote Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities to expand SleekSpace's client base. This remote, commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential with a 5% commission on each sale secured. We are looking for self-starters with strong sales skills, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation: Generate leads through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and participation in events.

Sales Presentations: Present SleekSpace services to potential clients, customizing solutions to their requirements and showcasing unique value propositions.

Pipeline Management: Develop and oversee a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and moving deals towards closure.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, grasping their needs and proposing tailored service offerings.

Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to devise strategies, share insights, and drive sales success.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual sales targets to contribute to SleekSpace's revenue growth and market expansion objectives.

Requirements:


Proven sales experience, preferably in the home services industry or a related field.

Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and present solutions effectively.

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and motivated by commission-based earnings.

Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Jobber or similar platforms, is advantageous.
