Responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle repair needs. Schedule appointments, process orders, monitor delivery and customer correspondence. Parts ordering, tracking, returns, etc. Other duties include, telling customers about the types of services offered, updating customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs, and processing customer transactions upon completion of the vehicle repairs. Communicating customer information to management and technicians and inputting customer and vehicle information into computer services database. Any other tasks assigned.
