The Role

As a part-time Growth & Marketing Associate at SKYPHER, INC., you will play a key role in executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to support various initiatives aimed at growing our customer base and increasing brand awareness.

What You'll Do

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels.

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

- Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.

- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing ideas.

- Support event planning and coordination for promotional activities.

- Maintain and update the company’s website and social media profiles.

What We're Looking For

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Previous experience in a marketing or growth role.

- Knowledge of SEO best practices.

- Interest in technology and innovation.
