What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure guest safety by enforcing attraction rules, conducting safety briefings, and monitoring all attraction activities
• Complete mandatory attractions and safety training
• Fit and inspect harnesses and safety equipment in accordance with SKYLAKE procedures
• Deliver friendly, engaging guest services to create a positive and welcoming experience
• Guide and encourage confidence in guests as they navigate obstacles and complete our three-story high SKY Trails course
• Monitor attraction conditions and equipment, reporting hazards, defects, and maintenance needs promptly
• Maintain constant awareness of guest safety, course activity, and changing environmental conditions
• Enforce SKY Trails height, weight, age and other participation requirements
• Support daily checklists which include opening, closing, cleaning, and general attraction maintenance procedures
• Working between a variety of attractions as coverage needs change

What Makes You a Fit

• Comfortable working with attraction heights up to 75ft
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests and team members
• A professional, energetic, self-motivated, and positive approach to work
• Strong attention to detail and decision making with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable with colder outdoor environment
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
