Foundation is seeking a proactive and systems-minded professional for a two-phase opportunity beginning as an Operations Systems Consultant and transitioning into a Part-Time Operations & Program Manager role. This position will help strengthen day-to-day operational coordination, build practical internal systems, support prevention grant tracking, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and improve workflows for staff, contractors, volunteers, interns, and program support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable building systems in a growing grassroots nonprofit, and able to lead with consistency, accountability, and a trauma-informed approach. The consultant phase will focus on systems setup and operational planning from July 1–August 31, 2026. The part-time W-2 role is expected to begin September 1, 2026, contingent upon funding, fit, performance, and organizational needs.
