About the Role

We’re looking for driven, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Laser Specialists. This position starts as part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on your performance, commitment, and ability to learn. You’ll be on the front lines of client care, operating state-of-the-art laser devices and providing a transformative experience for every client you serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laser treatments, including tattoo removal, hair removal, and skin resurfacing, in accordance with licensing (where applicable) and company protocols.
• Provide thorough consultations to educate clients on the treatment process and aftercare.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment.
• Track and document client progress and treatment details.
• Take initiative to learn and grow through hands-on training and coaching.
• Support the team by participating in marketing, sales, and community engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Education Matters: A high school diploma is required, but if you’ve got a Bachelor’s degree (or higher), that’s a big plus. Estheticians/CNAs -- welcome to apply!
• Industry Experience: Got at least one year of experience in a medical spa, healthcare, or wellness-related field? Perfect. If you’ve worked with energy-based devices, you’re ahead of the game.
