Compensation Structure:

Our initial salary package contains equity only until funding or revenue is received. After funding, we will offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, the compensation package includes performance-based bonuses. As an integral part of our leadership team, the CFO will also have the opportunity for ongoing equity participation in the company.
