Sit Means Sit Dog Training Office Coordinator Madison, WI · Full time

Admin and Office Coordinator

Description

At Sit Means Sit Madison, we aim to build a better bond and understanding between dog and owner. We are the largest dog training company in the US for good reason! Our large network of pet professionals keeps our knowledge growing and evolving constantly.

We are looking for someone who is outgoing and personable, and can portray that via phone and email. Our Office Coordinators is the first person our future clients speak to. Your job is to be helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, and professional.

As an Office Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for every future client. Your job is to communicate with future clients, current clients, and vendors with professionalism. You will have a variety of tasks such as contacting leads, scheduling consultations and training sessions, light cleaning, and responding to calls, texts, and emails.

While you will not be responsible for training the dogs, you will get to see the dogs you scheduled progress throughout the course of their training. Seeing the success of each dog and owner is the most fulfilling part of the job!

Administrative experience is preferred, but not required. If you have a passion for helping dogs and dog owners, we will teach you the rest!
