Professional Dog Trainer
This is not a job you will easily get bored at. You will be faced with the challenge of learning how to work with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and abilities. Seeing dogs start to live life to the fullest because their owners have a better understanding of their dog’s needs, learning habits, and being able to manage their dog in all situations is incredibly rewarding. You could be a part of a puppy’s first experiences and getting to watch them grow, or the last stop for a dog who is on the verge of being surrendered or euthanized. Whether you are saving an owner’s furniture from their puppy’s destructive habits, or saving a dog’s life, you will always find the success of our training to be incredibly rewarding. You will learn a variety of methods and theories to dog training that will allow you to help every dog, no matter their needs.
No experience is required. If you have a passion for helping dogs and dog owners, we will teach you the rest! Each trainer works Tuesday-Friday and every other Saturday. Shifts are scheduled as four 10 hour days on weekdays and half days every other Saturday.
