  • Your Role: Strategic Client Partner 


As an Account Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor and strategic partner for our clients, guiding  them through their Sisu journey and ensuring their continued success. 


Key Responsibilities: 

Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders, guiding them from implementation  through their lifecycle. 

  • Collaborate with team leadership to identify client challenges and develop strategic solutions  using Sisu's capabilities. 
  • Partner with internal teams (Customer Support, Product, Development) to deliver exceptional client experiences. 
  • Proactively manage client escalations, ensuring swift and effective resolutions. 
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to drive product enhancements and innovations. 
  • Deliver engaging training sessions via Zoom and in person, showcasing your expertise. 
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently. 
  • Analyze data, create insightful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and drive client adoption. 
  • Represent Sisu with professionalism and expertise. 
  • Travel a minimum of once per quarter to build strong client relationships. 


What You’ll Bring: 

  • 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing role (Account Management, Customer Success). 
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), ticketing systems (Intercom, JIRA), and G Suite. 
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn. 
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills. 
  • Real estate industry knowledge is a plus (but not required). 


Compensation Details:

$50K base + $25K-50K variable (and beyond for high performers)



Salary

$75,000 - $100,000 per year
