Do Great Work With a Team That Values Your Skills

Looking for a PTA position where you can focus on your patients, work closely with your therapy team, and still have a life outside of work?

Siskiyou Physical Therapy is an independent, 100% physical therapist-owned, family-run outpatient clinic that has served the Grants Pass community for more than 22 years.

We believe great patient care comes from a collaborative team, strong clinical support, and giving therapists the time and tools they need to do their jobs well.

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team. Whether you’re an experienced PTA or a new graduate beginning your career, we’d love to meet you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

One-on-One Patient Care

Work with patients in a setting that values individualized care instead of assembly-line therapy.

Supportive PT Collaboration

Work closely with experienced Physical Therapists who value communication, teamwork, and your role in the patient’s progress.

New Graduate Support & Mentorship

Build confidence and strengthen your clinical skills with hands-on support and guidance from an experienced therapy team.

Ongoing Training & Professional Development

Continuing education support, weekly hands-on training, team in-services, and opportunities to continue expanding your skills.

Work-Life Balance

Flexible Monday–Friday scheduling with no weekends. We work with our team to create schedules that support both excellent patient care and life outside of work.

Independent, Therapist-Owned Environment

Work directly with leadership that understands patient care and values the contribution of every member of the therapy team.

Collaborative Team

Join PTs, PTAs, and dedicated support staff who work together to create a positive experience for both patients and employees.

Advanced Equipment

Access to Precor systems, 830 laser technology, balance-training equipment, and other tools to support patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time Physical Therapist Assistants
  • $28–$34/hour, based on experience
  • Flexible benefits package
  • Paid time off
  • Continuing education support and training
  • Tuition or student-loan support may be available
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Additional bonus opportunities

Because we’re a small, independently owned practice, we have the flexibility to work with the right candidate to create a benefits package that fits their individual needs and priorities.

Benefits and bonus eligibility may vary based on full-time or part-time employment status.

New Graduates Are Encouraged to Apply

Starting your career as a PTA can feel like a big transition. You won’t be expected to figure everything out on your own.

Our team is committed to helping new graduates build confidence, strengthen clinical skills, and become comfortable working in an outpatient environment.

Experienced PTAs will also appreciate the opportunity to work in a smaller practice where their experience, ideas, and relationships with patients are valued.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Current Oregon PTA license or eligibility to obtain Oregon licensure
  • Commitment to excellent patient care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • New graduates and experienced PTAs are both encouraged to apply
