Job Posting: Immigration Paralegal – USCIS

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and dependable Immigration Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing USCIS immigration cases from intake through filing and follow-up. Experience with EOIR matters is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

  •  Prepare and file USCIS applications and petitions accurately and timely.

  •  Independently prepare and manage a variety of USCIS immigration cases from intake through filing.

  •  Conduct client intakes and gather required information and supporting documents.

  •  Communicate professionally with clients regarding case updates, appointments, deadlines, and missing documents.

  •  Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical case files.

  •  Work independently, manage your own caseload, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

  •  Assist attorneys with additional immigration-related responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  •  Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on USCIS immigration paralegal experience required.

  •  Experience independently preparing complete USCIS filing packets from start to finish.

  •  EOIR immigration experience is a strong plus.

  •  Strong knowledge of USCIS forms, procedures, and filing requirements.

  •  Ability to manage a high-volume caseload, prioritize deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.

  •  Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

  •  Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).

  •  Professional, dependable, team-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Position Details:

  •  Job Type: Full-time.

  •  Schedule: Monday through Friday.

  •  Work Location: This is an in-office position. Candidates must be able to work on-site during regular business hours. No remote or hybrid work options are available.

  •  Pay: $18.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience.
