We are seeking a Reddit Marketing Program Manager to lead our brand and performance initiatives on Reddit. This role is responsible for establishing our brand presence in key subreddits, driving measurable engagement and conversions, and scaling Reddit into a sustainable growth channel. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, content creator, and community operator, with strong knowledge of Reddit culture and digital marketing performance metrics.

What You'll Do

1. Establish Brand Presence & Trust

  • Identify and prioritize subreddits that align with our brand and audience.
  • Build credibility by creating authentic, high-value posts and comments.
  • Ensure consistent brand visibility across targeted communities.
  • Protect brand reputation by following subreddit norms and Reddit-wide guidelines.

2. Drive Measurable Performance Outcomes

  • Develop and execute campaigns to increase engagement (upvotes, comments, shares).
  • Funnel Reddit traffic into conversions, leads, or pipeline opportunities.
  • Leverage Reddit to improve branded keyword SERP visibility.
  • Monitor performance using metrics such as engagement rate, conversion rate, brand mentions, and sentiment.

3. Scale Content & Engagement

  • Manage a structured posting plan (e.g., 10–40 posts per month across 5–25 subreddits).
  • Engage with communities through replies, discussions, and trend participation.
  • Expand subreddit coverage systematically to grow reach without spamming.
  • Align content with SEO strategy and keyword research findings.

4. Prove, Track, and Optimize ROI

  • Deliver short-term wins (live posts, community engagement) to validate strategy.
  • Show mid-term progress in SERP rankings, keyword visibility, and engagement growth.
  • Establish long-term sustainability through ongoing brand mentions and recognition.
  • Create transparent reports that tie Reddit activity to ROI.

5. Operationalize Reddit Marketing

  • Define and manage workflows for content ideation, creation, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with contractors, SEO managers, and client liaisons.
  • Utilize tools (Ahrefs, Reddit Pro, Looker Studio) for analytics and optimization.
  • Maintain compliance with subreddit rules and Reddit’s platform standards.

6. Enable Sustainable Growth & Competitive Advantage

  • Position Reddit as a durable channel for both brand credibility and lead generation.
  • Build a self-sustaining ecosystem where organic brand mentions drive ongoing performance.
  • Create long-term “market domination” by embedding the brand into key communities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ yrs agency or multi‑brand Reddit + community management ownership with direct client management.
  • Record of ≤ 25 % annual churn and ≥ 20 % YoY qualified‑lead growth across accounts.
  • Wins on non‑Google surfaces (YouTube, Reddit, etc.).
  • Expert in Ahrefs, Reddit measurement
  • Comfortable prompt‑engineering and leveraging AI for research, outlines, internal linking, QA.
  • Clear communicator who simplifies complexity for C‑level and mentors junior talent.
