We’re hunting for a values-obsessed, AI-forward Marketing Project Manager who will run Single Grain & Karrot.ai’s virtual and in-person events end-to-end. You’ll ship two internal webinars and one partner webinar every month, plus two founder-style dinners per quarter—then prove impact by surfacing at least one sales-qualified meeting from each webinar. What You’ll Do
- Own the event calendar—2 internal webinars + 1 partner webinar per month, 2 live dinners per quarter (company solo or co-hosted).
- Build airtight project plans, run speaker tech checks, launch promo sequences, and execute day-of logistics without drama.
- Spin up AI workflows (Zapier, Lindy, n8n, GPT chains) for registration, reminders, post-event nurture, and KPI dashboards—then iterate.
- Hit ≥ 1 SQL per webinar; log and attribute pipeline in HubSpot.
- Secure venues, negotiate co-marketing swaps, and manage a lean events budget—escalating only spends over threshold.
- Publish retro decks within 48 hrs: lessons, funnel metrics, and next-sprint optimizations.
- Report weekly to the CEO; partner tightly with Sales & RevOps.
Primary KPIs
- Event Cadence - 3 webinars / month, 2 dinners / quarter—100 % on schedule
- Pipeline - ≥ 1 SQL per webinar (≥ 36 SQLs / yr) with dollar attribution in HubSpot
- Zero-Miss Execution - 100 % on-time launches, ≤ 2 % no-show caused by ops errors
- AI Efficiency - ≥ 25 % prep-time savings per quarter documented via new automations
Requirements
- 3-5 yrs running B2B demand-gen webinars / events that produced real pipeline—show us the deck.
- Demonstrated AI automations beyond ChatGPT copy-paste (Zapier / Lindy / custom GPT flows).
- Fluent in HubSpot, Zoom or Streamyard, project boards (Asana), and basic funnel math.
- Ruthless project manager—keeps risks logs, drives cross-functional teams without authority.
- Clear, concise communicator who thrives on blunt feedback.
- Remote-first—but must overlap ≥ 3 hrs with U.S. Pacific; LATAM time zones welcomed.
- Bonus: experience negotiating sponsors / partners for co-branded events.
