**Compensation:** $24-28 per hour
**Weekly Mileage:** 2500-3000 per week
**Home Time:** Driver determinate
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Short Haul/Regional Truck Driver to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods primarily but not limited to the across the northeast, midwest, and atlantic south regions, ensuring timely and safe delivery while maintaining high safety standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate a commercial vehicle to transport freight within designated routes in a timely and safe manner.
- Maintain accurate logs of hours and miles driven.
- Perform routine inspections of the vehicle before and after each trip.
- Ensure cargo is secured and complies with all safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid CDL Class A license.
- 10 years of driving experience
- 3 years of verifiable work experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations within the last five years.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Clean psp record
- No major driving accidents/incidences over 3 years
