Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring successful outcomes aligned with client objectives
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources across concurrent engagements
  • Serve as the primary client interface, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities to expand automation value
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, developers, analysts, and client stakeholders to drive cohesive delivery
  • Implement agile methodologies to accelerate delivery cadence and foster continuous improvement across project teams
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design sessions, and executive presentations that translate business needs into actionable project plans
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards and delivery commitments
  • Document best practices, delivery frameworks, and lessons learned to contribute to ongoing methodology refinement


Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of progressive project management experience in technology implementations
  • Appian Lead Developer Certification (L3) required
  • Minimum 3 years leading automation or digital transformation projects from initiation through deployment
  • Experience with Appian or similar BPM/low-code platforms required
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong understanding of automation technologies and integration patterns
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging executive audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as needed

Salary

$140,000 - $165,000 per year
