ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversight of third party reps within territory
- Develop new strategic business opportunities and continually cultivate existing partnerships

Qualify, develop, and maintain pipeline of high value project opportunities
- Manage the sales process from project identification through budgeting and design development, concluding the process in negotiation and award
- Serve as primary point of contact and coordination between all external and internal project participants including marketing, engineering, product development and design
- Promote the company to architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and end users
- Drive product specification and build brand awareness
- Work closely with project teams to assist with selling services and suggesting improvements based on customer experience and feedback
- Coordinate and support estimating efforts through developed systems that allow for accurate process evaluation
- Lead project transition from sales phase to initiation within the company
- Meet set targets in line with the company growth plan
- Travel as needed to conduct in-person meetings to support pre-con activities and business development opportunities, continuing education, brand promotion, and attend key industry events
- Perform sales forecasting and pipeline tracking to maintain continuity with company plans
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience working within commercial construction
- Proven sales track record including experience in account management, target achievement and complex sales
- Ability to travel ~ 35% of the time
- Strong understanding of key aspects related to architectural and contracting accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related field
- Specific commercial construction experience within Divisions 5 and 8
- Previous experience in a role requiring a high-level of customer contact
- Presentation experience
