Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Cross-functionally collaborate (Sales, Design, Engineering, Production, etc.) to assemble an accurate and competitive price proposal
• Build proposals that provide creative solutions and enhance the customer experience
• Perform scope takeoffs
• Develop customer and partner relationships
• Present ideas that contribute to continuous improvement within the company
• Prepare cost estimates using the company’s proprietary costing system
• Manage bid pipeline
• Participate in project kickoff meetings
• Support sales team in efforts to win projects

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in estimating within the commercial construction industry
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
• Experience with estimating programs such as Timberline, OST, Oasis, etc.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Detail oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Construction Management or related field

Individual must be able to reliably commute to the office at least 2 days a week, with the option to work remotely 3 days a week.
